Is there a minimum or maximum rental period for a storage unit at Stack & Stow Self Storage?
Storers are required to pay 1 month in advance with a minimum rental period of 1 month.
How much does a self storage unit cost?
Rental rates per month start from as little as $98 for a 2.4m x 1m unit, however there are many different sizes available and the cost will depend entirely on how much space you require. We have a space calculator available online or speak to our friendly staff in the office (02) 4389 1491, they will help you identify the right unit size.
What options do I have to pay my rent?
We have a number of options available to assist you in paying your storage rent. Either authorize Stack & Stow Self Storage to charge your credit card on your due date, send us a cheque via post, arrange a direct debit with your bank, pay online or come into our on site office in Berkeley Vale to pay over the counter.
Will anyone else have a key for my storage unit?
Absolutely not, you can bring your own padlock or purchase one from the Stack & Stow Self Storage office, either way you hold the only keys.
What hours can I access my unit?
For security reasons, access is restricted to 6am to 10pm - 7 days a week.
Are the storage units clean and dry?
Yes, all our units are thoroughly cleaned after each customer and treated to keep out unwanted pests. Our facility has advanced storm water drainage to ensure your goods remain dry. We do however recommend you purchase insurance to cover your possessions whilst in storage, please ask our staff for assistance.
What about security?
The premises are fully fenced. Entry is via our automated security gates. We also have monitored laser beams and 24 hour video surveillance.
Can you help with packaging supplies?
We sell assorted boxes, bubble wrap, dust covers, tape, padlocks and cartons. See our display in the Berkeley Vale office for the full range.
